Our Armenian Art Therapy course helps children, teens, and adults connect with their inner world, express feelings creatively, and gain self-awareness. Through interactive digital exercises, creative projects, and guided activities, participants learn to recognize their emotions, reflect on their thoughts, and discover what truly inspires them.
