Terms & Conditions of 301 Armat

Welcome to 301Armat (“we”, “us”, “our”). These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the 301 Armat website, your Private Cabinet, and participation in online lessons delivered through third-party video platforms such as Zoom and Google Meet (“Services”).
By creating an account, purchasing lessons, or using any part of our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
1. Eligibility
To use our Services, you must:
- Be at least 12 years old or have parental/guardian consent.
- Provide accurate and complete registration information.
- Use the platform for personal, non-commercial purposes.
2. Account Registration & Private Cabinet
2.1. To access lessons and communicate with teachers, you must create a personal account (“Private Cabinet”).
2.2. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for all activity performed through your account.
2.3. You must not:
- Share your account with others.
- Engage in unlawful, abusive, or disruptive behavior within the platform.
3. Communication With Teachers
3.1. Students and teachers communicate exclusively through the Private Cabinet messaging system.
3.2. Off-platform communication (email, social media, messengers) is prohibited unless explicitly authorized by 301Armat.
3.3. Users must maintain respectful and appropriate communication at all times.
4. Lessons via Zoom or Google Meet
4.1. Lessons are delivered through Zoom or Google Meet (“Video Platforms”). 4.2. By attending lessons, you agree to the terms of the respective video platforms. 4.3. Students are responsible for:
- Ensuring a stable internet connection.
- Using functioning hardware (camera, microphone).
- Updating required software.
4.4. 301Armat is not responsible for technical issues on the student’s side or outages/malfunctions of Zoom or Google Meet.
5. Scheduling, Cancellations & Rescheduling 5.1. Scheduled lessons are visible in your Private Cabinet.
Private Lesson Cancellations
5.2. You may cancel a private lesson with refund-in-kind eligibility if the cancellation is submitted at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled start time.
5.3. Cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the lesson or no-shows are considered completed lessons without refund.
Group Lesson Cancellations
5.4. No refunds are provided for group lessons.
5.5. If a teacher cancels a lesson, students will be offered a rescheduled lesson. 6. Payments & Refunds
6.2. Payments must be completed before accessing lessons or materials. Refund Policy
- Private lessons: Refund available only if cancellation is submitted ≥24 hours before the lesson.
- Private lessons: No refund for late cancellations or no-shows.
- Group lessons: No refunds.
7. Code of Conduct
You agree not to:
- Harass, threaten, or abuse teachers or other students.
- Record lessons without permission.
- Share lesson materials without written authorization.
- Attempt to hack, disrupt, or misuse the platform.
Violations may result in suspension or termination of your account without refund.
8. Intellectual Property
8.1. All course materials, lesson content, designs, audio, video, and platform features are owned by 301aArmat.
8.2. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or modify any content without permission. 9. Privacy & Data Protection
9.1. We process personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy. 9.2. You acknowledge that your data may be processed by third-party Video Platforms, and 301 Armat is not responsible for their data handling practices.
10. Third-Party Services
Our Services rely on Zoom, Google Meet, and other third-party tools.
We are not liable for:
- Their availability
- Their performance
- Their security
Your use of third-party services is governed by their respective terms. 11. Platform Availability
We strive to maintain continuous platform availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service.
Temporary access interruptions may occur due to maintenance, updates, or system failures. We will notify users when possible.
12. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your account if you:
- Violate these Terms
- Engage in harmful or inappropriate behavior
- Misuse the platform
You may request account deletion at any time through your Private Cabinet.
13. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by Latvian law, 301Armat is not liable for: ● Student-side technical issues
- Loss of data beyond our reasonable control
- Indirect or consequential damages
- Interruptions caused by third-party video platforms
14. Amendments
We may update these Terms as needed.
Significant changes will be communicated through the platform or via email. Continued use of the Services constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
15. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Armenia, without regard to conflict-of-law provisions.
