Welcome to Armat, an online Armenian school created with love and a deep sense of pride in our heritage. My name is Suzy, and I’ve been living abroad for most of my life as an Armenian. Growing up, my parents always instilled in me a strong sense of pride for being Armenian. They made sure we spoke only Armenian at home, keeping our language, traditions, and culture alive despite living far from our homeland.
From a young age, I dreamt of doing something meaningful for my motherland, something that could help preserve and pass on the beauty of our heritage to future generations. That dream became a reality with the creation of Armat – a school dedicated to connecting Armenians around the world with their roots.
As a parent, I want to ensure my daughter never forgets where she comes from, and that she grows up understanding the richness of our culture and language. Armat is a space where people like me, living abroad, can ensure our children stay connected to their Armenian identity, wherever they are in the world.
Our goal is to provide an engaging, interactive learning experience that fosters a love for Armenian language, history, and traditions. Through Armat , we hope to empower the next generation to proudly carry forward the legacy of our ancestors and always remember the importance of their roots.
